Sittin this one out.
Inland.  We don't even have a river that supports boat traffic any where close!!!

I really didn't think about that! Huh  Here in eastern NC we have water EVERYHERE.  The towns were mostly setteled along the rivers.  But then, we didn't have any windmills, either.  I do not think I have ever seen a wooden one.  But I like seeing what other places look like!

Mike, not a problem!  It's all for fun, and all is good.  Cheesy

Sweet, if no one's got this one by next week (this is the start of my work week, no time for side trips), we have a several around Portland, even a rotating railroad bridge, I think.

There should be a time limit on searches. Seems like we've only had 2 in the last month.

Typical Texas creek bed.  Fairly smooth rock.  Any sand, gravel, pebbles, etc gets washed away normally.
That is literally a part of Middle Creek Road (guess that's why they call it that  Grin ).  You come down a hill, and there is the creek.  No road on the other side.  You have to go about 20 yards down the creek to get on the road again.

I was thinking the same thing!  I think while trying to come up with something unique, we are actually making things too difficult.  Its been fun, but let's make some easy ones that people will actually be able to get pictures of.

How about a 72-hour time limit?  If we rotate often, we will have more options.  If something ends and you find it later, take a pic anyway!

Anybody second my 72-hour motion?  Or pick another time frame?

I certainly did not mean to make things too hard.  I know some things are just not available.  I like the 72 hour time limit.

OK, how about something that everyone has around, a police car and your bike.  Surely someone can come up with that.  Just hang out at a krispy kreme! Wink
