Wow youzguyz!  Doable?  Whew!  I think of DJMidnight's picture of the bear coming out of the woods!  Oh, but it wasn't ON the road...

I don't know, that's a tough one.... you better put a time limit on it.  Chickens might be a possibility....  I could lure my niece's sugar glider on the road, but it would take off!  How about the neighbor's gineau pig?  lol    Yea, that's not the idea, right....  Hey, maybe in a park, deer are always wandering around close to the road and almost tame....  thinking with my fingers...

And just because I started this thread, I don't want to be considered judge and jury!  We all ride together on it, in my book.

Understood, which is why I changed it.
Around here, lots of open range, which means there is no fence.  The critters wander around in the open.  The challenge, in that case, would be to get a shot of them before they moved off the road, as they tend to do when a vehicle approaches.

Other places, this may not be so common, and seeing any live animal on or along side the road would be a rarity.

Use your judgement people!

Chickens.. fair game, tough to make them stand still or get close enough with a motorcycle.
Maybe there should be the caveate that you are not familiar with the critter.  Grin
I don't think a "drive through" zoo would allow motorcycles.  I sure wouldn't want to go through one!!!  Ostrich attack!!!!

Let's give it a while and see what people come up with.

Bump.  For the weekend.
Come ON people, get those cameras, get out there and shoot them critters (photographically speaking..).

Heck, I was out yesterday and could have shot a dozen cows, a turtle (which would not count), a llama, and a few buzzards enjoying lunch.

Don't MAKE me go to my backup search item.  You won't like it.  Wink

I saw a rat on the road once, other than that, no critters besides dogs, cats, and crows (the crows pecking at dead cats.)  The only direction I don't have city for 50 miles is ocean.

Whoa!  Would a horse count?  We have lots of people that go for rides.

From the "rules":
"Must have gotten on the road because it was their idea.  (luring with food is OK)"
I don't think being ridin there would count.

I'll give it the weekend to see if anybody can get a picture of a critter.  If nothing at all, the backup item will be revealed.  I don't want to hold up the show, but I ain't very good at ideas (you noticed?) and want to keep my backup in reserve in case I "win" again.  Cheesy

How about a buzzard eating road kill on the curb? Lots of that type of action here in Florida. I'm out riding tomorrow and I'm taking a camera Smiley

Yes, that will work.  Bonus points if buzzards are having gator burgers.
May take a bit of patience.
Ride up to buzzards, buzzards fly off.  Get off bike and back away.  Wait for dinner to continue.  Take picture.  Cheesy

I think this assignment is a tad dangerious,I'm going to skip this one.
A car is not easy to park in the middle of the road and try and take pictures.
