'96 with Voyager kit, White spacer mod, K&N air filter, HD muffler, solo seat/back rest, hard saddle bags and trunk.

No need to make continual adjustments. The DAJ is made for that very purpose; to make the adjustments automatically based upon the needs of the engine at any given time. The original inventor of the device used it to fine tune his engines to maximize their performance ... and ended up setting several land speed records on the salt flats. So does it work ? ? I think having some world records under your belt gives you just a BIT OF CREDIBILITY.
Keep in mind that the DAJ works from 1/4 to W/O throttle. The UFO controls idle to 1/2 throttle.

Can this DAJ be used for exhaust mods or is actual jet replacement necessary?

Go to
www.thunderproducts.com
and check out the info on how it works. There is a short product discription and there is also a more detailed explanation on another page. At the bottom of the page with the short discrilption, there is a link to the bigger one.
They will tell you everything you want to know about how it functions.
You can call Lonn (owner of company) during the week and talk to him if you have specific questions, and he would probably send you a product brochure if you asked him. It explains about the installation, setup, and tuning of the device.

thanks for the info. I checked it out, but am not sure what I want to do for just a Hartman muffler mod. I heard that you are the go to guy for carb stuff?
