AHHH!  Where can I find this footpeg bolt!???
05/08/09 at 15:00:10

I am so frustrated and at wits end on trying to find this right mounting bolt.  Here below is a picture of the FRONT footpeg I need to get back on:

Here is an inside view of the screw that goes down the peg:

Here is a picture of the one on the right hand side mounted on to better show you which O-bolt I'm looking for.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE, somebody help me!  I don't even know which model of footpegs these are... I'm so worn out on trying to find the right bolt.  Embarrassed  Sad

Get hold of a catalog for hardware. It is called a swing bolt. Get it in grade 8 if you can. It is highly unlikely you can get it chrome plated.
ENCO catalog, or Fastenal products will have it.
Or do what I sometimes do when in that situation, lathe and mill it from drill rod then temper it.

Looks like an ISO footpeg, I think I was looking at a cruisercustomizing.com or something like that when I saw it.  I guess you are looking for the adapter.

Isn't the one on the other side available to remove and look at when you go shopping? Max

It's a 5/16" bolt x whatever length you need.  The bolt goes maybe 3/4" into the adapter plus the length needed for the peg.  Probably 2" bolts.  Get grade 8 bolts.  I used the adapters when I was experimenting with this foot peg setup.
