Great forum, thank you for allowing me into this group.
Question, where is the oil pressure sending unit located? I owned many bikes, but this is the first big single and for the most part it is very interesting. The bike is a 1997 savage and the oil light does not come on prior to staring the bike after removing thew tank I can find the light bulb holder or even evidence if it ever having an indicator. Can this be true? Is there a test port to check pressure? Thanks for any help.
