I know I'll probably get slammed for this but...mine was doing that too. So, when I was rejetting, I cleaned the whole thing, and it was still doing it...so..............I bent it, just a little, so it will stay out when i want it to
I do that with the hinge pins in the doors in my house when doors start magically closing themselves
