Top Carburetor Screws

I have exhausted all my local retailers looking for 5M x .80 Pitch, 8mm long, stainless, allen head bolts for the top cover of my carb. If anyone has a local source and could do me the favor of picking up 4 and dropping them in the mail, I'll reimburse you via Paypal. It would be very much appreciated. Thanks

I have had luck finding parts at a decent price at bikebandit.com

Even just the little nuts and bolts kind of stuff too. In fact when I replaced those same screws I got them from Bike Bandit. I don't think they have stainless though but, you might call and ask.

Another thought on that too...

Fastenal might have stainless in that size.

I replaced all my carb screws with hex-head stainless screws from Ace Hardware. Good luck!

Hey Hyde. I am using 10-32 screws. They are a little longer than the the stock ones but tighten down nice. I believe they are 3/4 inch in length. I can mail them to you, just pm me your address. I am in ottawa, should take a day or two. If not go down to your local home depot. Oh i just checked they are not 10-32, and the label is ripped lol. But I can definitely mail them to you as they should fit. It was two bucks for the pack and I have 8 or so left. let me know.I can send them out free of charge tomorrow after 3pm.
