The start of my customizing my little scoot

Hey all,
well gotta say I love this sight, been on here since I got my savage about 6 months ago and have gotten lots of good ideas and suggestions.  I try to leave my 2 cents when I can but just wanted to see what eveybody thought of my first few steps in customizing.

finally got all the parts in I've been ordering off ebay harley drag bars, rubber skull grips, and 3" risers with 1.5" pull back

just a little closer look at it all, I really like the look the bigger risers give the bike

again just another close up of the risers and grips (notice my little skulls on there)

But again just wanted some input and feed back from some of the more seasoned moders out there, and well of course to show off a little too.  Oh yah one thing i forgot to mention I pride myself in not spending more that $20 bucks on anything off ebay, the bars $15, grips $12, and the risers cost me $32 but the shipping was free.  I'm the ulitmate in working on a budget (the wife kinda makes sure of that)  But again leave all the feed back you want again this is just the beginning exaust is next just need to get a new pipe made up and then was thinking about doing the spacer mod just gotta look into it a little more to make sure i know what i'm doing so I don't screw anything up too bad

Very sweet.  Doing it on a budget... even sweeter.  That looks great.  I've never seen those grips before but I like 'em!

But... you gotta ditch that tank warning sticker that says "Don't drink the gas or put your lips on the header".

I see you haven't put the mirrors on yet.  I love the way it looks with no stem mirrors.  It's a shame you gotta mess up that look.

Yah they're slip ons, but let me tell yah i never replaced grips before I ended up just taking my pocket knife to the old ones.  And as far as getting the new ones on just used a little WD-40 and they slipped right on.  I tried the nail polish remover like a couple of other people on here had mentioned but theses where too tight and they haven't moved on me yet.  And as far as where I got them found them on eBay from a store here's the link for them
