Super dumb question (Read 102 times)

Super dumb question

First I bought the bike (2002 model) with a broken headlight and the wiring pulled from it.  I hooked the turn signals back up and they stay on all the time, except when blinking.  Are they supposed to be on whenever the key is on?

Howdy.  

Front turn signals should stay on all the time except when blinking.  Rear turn signals should remain off all the time except when blinking.

Front lights have a running light, stays on all the time.

All the wiring, or just from the headlight?
