Has anyone installed these on their bikes? Is it an easy job or does it involve extensive mods. I'd like to just remove my pegs and swap them out. Thanks.

Mostly a straight swap, but you'll have to drill out the hole to make it fit the pin. And I found that a washer also makes the fit better.

I took a the picture of the boards that you sent to me to my bike store (Not the stealership), and told them that you had said that they were custom chrome. They told me that Custom Chrome has gone belly up. Any chance that there is another set of boards at the shop where you purchased yours?
