Has anyone tried or heard of these?:
Tubliss
They make a kit that would fit our front wheels.
These are being discussed on my KLR650 forum right now, but nobody has tried them over there yet.
Thoughts?

There is the tiny matter of that big red banner in the installation instructions:
THIS PRODUCT IS FOR OFF ROAD USE ONLY!

And I'm scratching my head over that one. If this product can take the abuse dished out by a motocross bike, you would think it could survive a jaunt down I-40.
I smell lawyers about!

You smell DOT and a small company that can't afford to pay the licensing fee.

Unfortunately, that makes sense. Fortunately it is only the selling of the product that is covered by the Federal DOT standards.
