I just got some hand guards from parts unlimited and tried them outthis morning coming home from work. 33 degrees, hands were warm with my summer gloves undernieth, Did not notice them pushing on levers @ 60mph, like you experienced. Overall very happy with them.

Troglobil - I'm glad those worked out for you, maybe I should have bought those instead!

Folks, I did something completely different - I put a metal ring on the OUTSIDE of the hippo hands, at the outside corner, and used leather rope to tie it taut to the turn signal post.  This was cheap, easy, and it WORKED!!  It looks a little primitive but there was no interference with the controls, and best of all - my hands were WARM this morning, WOOOHOO. Cheesy

Regards and ride safe,
Amy
