I saw a post here today about problems mounting the saddlebag yokes across the fender with the rectifier being in the way.  For me, I moved the rectifier and used the rectifier mounting bolts and screw holes for securing the saddlebag yokes in place.  I just lined them up, marked the yokes, drilled holes through the leather and ran the bolts through them into the screw holes for the rectifier.

Mr. Hyde, they are the River Road Classic Slant , 10-8921. They measure 12"Wx9.5"Hx6"D.

The site states they are synthetic leather.  Either it's wrong or these are a dang good synthetic leather cause I would have sworn they were traditional leather.  The bags match the stock seat cover perfectly, like it was a factory option.  They have the hidden easy clip snaps behind the straps which I love.  

I bought them at a local Cycle Gear shop for $99.  I used Suzuki M50/C50 saddlebag brackets. I bought the spacers, washers, bolts and nuts at Lowe's.

The rectifier is an electrical device that looks like this:


It's mounted on the top center of the rear fender, underneath the passenger seat.

Ebmiller, how did you brace the bags so they don't hit the belt, shocks and swingarm?  Did you mod something?
