It might do, if:
- The wheel is not too wide for the Savage bodywork - The axle is the same diameter - The belt pulley perfectly and coincidentally fits the cush drive side of the SV rim - There is room for the brake caliper mounts on the left hand side (ie, if the Savage swingarm is wide enough) - You can find somewhere to attach the caliper brace - You can find somewhere to fit the brake mydraulic master cylinder
If the answer to any of those is no, you'll need a machine shop and/or welding gear.
