I'll bet ya' he changed it because it was there to change. Now that I'm a codger-in-training, I change things because they need replaced. I liked the old way better, but don't have the gumption to keep it up.

i am a car repair man i do all kind of stuff on cars i do wear protective gear i wear A HELMET, GLOVES, LEATHER COAT, LONG PANTS, AND STEEL TOE BOOTS Grin

ya i can get some pics of my bike i will take them with me on it and off it. do u know why my bike will not start it is getting gas and it trys 2 start could it be the spark plug

And if you been cranking along time, the battery gets run down. The ignition system is sensitive to low voltage. It may crank but won't spark. Try putting it on a charger.
