I had the lights hooked upas turn signals but the led's weren't bright enough during the day. Before I got the hard bags I had a set of mini bullet led signals and they weren't bright enough either. So what i did was to hook the red led's up to the brake light and added a set of non-led amber lens flush mount signals that I mounted to the hard bags. Much better turn signals, and the red led's seem alot brighter as brake lights.
