well according to their site they should be-

It’s easy to bend, easy to weld, abundant and affordable. However, when compared to seamless 4130 chromoly, the load strength, tensile strength and bend resistance of mild steel falls far short of its high-tech brother. This might explain why ab crunchers are made out of mild steel and why small aircraft fuselages are made out of chromoly. No one ever plummeted 30,000 feet to their death when their sit-up machine took a nuts.

It would be interresting to build a set of bars, 1/2 of each tyoe material & see if one side wobbles harder.

Sounds like some fine bars.
