Shock swap
06/03/08 at 17:16:05

Ok.  So I've swapped my shocks for 12.5" Intruder shocks.  Turns out on MY BIKE, the only thing limiting the swing arm travel to make the swap tricky is the muffler contacts the passenger foot peg.

I rotated the muffler out of the way to gain clearance until my newly ordered 16" turn-outs arrive.

Guess I'll be doing a full tune after all  Roll Eyes

Anybody know a good source for a 150 main jet?   Grin

I've done the same mod and had some small issues with rubbing at the front of the chainguard.  You may not notice this on a stationary inspection, as it only contacts on compression when you hit bumps in the road.  For others interested in this mod see my earlier post here...http://suzukisavage.com/cgi-bin/YaBB.pl?num=1160329694/10#10

BTW, congratulations on a successful mod.
