Yep, if you've had it a week and only put 512 miles on it, there's a problem.  Get with it and start riding already!

Cool Yes! Someone who took up fer me... grin... I gotta share this, took the lil Thump to work today cause it was actually nice for once in Ohia...A buddy of mine there has been reserving judgment on this one as he wonks around on a Yahmayha (super nice cruser)..Took him out..He just nodded and said that it did look nice... so i grinned and handed the key to him...that was all the promptin he needed...I heard him gettin it through the gears...an when he turned the corner back, i noticed the grin on his face turn to a more acedemic look like he was studyin it like some math book.. Wow that has some gettyup for the power / weight ratio he said... Yeah im thinkin he likes this one too...   Cool

Sometimes any ride is better then none at all. Take what you can get, I can't ride at all right now because I am a GIMP! Glad to hear others are having fun though. Wink

i dont refuse but I prefere not to. Light rain is fine. What I'm concerned about is getting pelted in the face at speed by big rain drops. Very distracting.

In the bag, strapped on the seat behind me, is a rainsuit. If I am out & it starts up, Im ready. If I want to go & its raining, I am ready. The other day I rode into a light rain & just got wet, it was warm enough & it dried up before I got home.

I think its a bit more dangerous riding in the rain. Cagers arent expecting bikers in lousy weather, so they spend even LESS time looking for us, & we really are harder to see in a hard rain, even cars can get hard to see.

Pitiful! Costs 8 cents a mile to ride a motorcycle getting about 50 MPG.

Around here it's the mud run off from the construction that you really need to watch - some of that junk is just flat slick

Took the bobber to school Tuesday, only 30 percent chance of rain 93 degrees. No raingear.2" of rain an hour dropped to 68 degrees('til I got home).
I think the worst thing was no front fender, all the spray.BUT it looks cool. Grin
