Make sure the voltage recitifer is not covered my the strap. Adjust the length of the strap using the ties supplied with the bags. Remount the pillion seat and ride on. No joke.

I forgot the most important part.... You really need saddle bag supports to keep them from hitting the rear tire or get tangled in the belt....
