HAPPY NEW YEAR! for some of us maybe
03/14/08 at 07:30:16
Well, yesterday it was sunny and 50-60 degrees in chicagoland. For me and many others it was the first day of the new year. I started seeing a couple people on the road through out the week but yesterday there were dozens of 'em.
I came home from work rolled it out over a mini-glacier, through a mud pit and onto the driveway. It started after a couple tries and I was off.
I have been waiting for spring since october! Plus I had a chance to try out some new gear: leather jacket, boots and gloves.
feels good.

Sounds good. We're still kind of snowbound here, but the melting has started a little each day.
