mirror extenders

thinking about putting some mirror extendors on about 2 inches, has any one tried any, how did it work, and were did you get them.

I did that, I could not adjust mirrors to take my shoulders
out and visibility was bad.
Since I put extenders I can see behind all the way around.

Best 25$ ever spent...

Those look better than the ones I bought from JC Whitney. The Whitney ones were shorter. They help, but not that much.

I agree with ErminM... the extenders work well, are less expensive than new mirrors and allow you to return to stock if you do change handlebars. I dinked around ordering/returning mirrors that didn't work or were poor quality. There just doesn't seem to be a large selection of mirrors that will extend far enough to give an adequate view... especially if you have on a padded riding jacket.

I am 6'2 as well so you should have comparable results.
I had to get extenders because half the mirror was my shoulder and I am not widest guy around.
