bet they can be ordered - say order a few oil filters, orings (cover and stem) and what ever else looks like you'll need - say muffler gasket and headpipe gasket if you take it apart now and then clutchside case gasket - and you'll save enough over dealer prices to more than cover shipping.

yes from crotchrocket.com

anyone know what size they are?

Do the 1987-88 models have those washers in their carbs?

fairly thick brass - yes, all this model carb has this under the mainjet - it holds the needle jet tube in place - leave it out and brother you have rich rough running bike as soon as the tube pops up

we talking like, 3/32" thick?  I ask because I am gonna buy one from my local cycle shop or at least get something as a stopgap at lowe's until stealership gets one.

I've been riding my 86 with a 155 main and no little brass washer.  Yeah.  Riding.

man don't have one to measure - seems like a reasonable thickness - I would think the diameter is fairly important as well - seems to me it's about 1/16" larger diameter than a Large round jet head

On the fiche for the '86 model, it's item #17, WASHER
Part #13382-03110 (replaces 13332-44080), as noted above by Reelthing.
