carb mod question

Just wondering. the dyna  kit shows drilling a larger hole in the bottom of the slide, so if you rejet, wouldnt you want to increase the vac anyway? and if so by how much?would this balance the thing/ more air both ways? and would it help with the slide sticking, or is it just not keeping up(lack of air)?

I have read about and used the same type of alteration before.  The info I got came from a website devoted to Harley performance upgrades on the stock HD CV carb.  I do not remember the details right now, but this is basically designed to improve the throttle response.

I am not at all "In the know" when the subject is carbuerators. Could you folks elaborate some? I guess the question is, Is there something I need to do to the slide while I am rejetting? I am gonna be in there, so I want to do as much on the first pass as I can. Thanks,
