Just got my '06 a few months ago Grin

and have been reading this sight probably more than I have time for Grin

. Ready to do some mods Grin

. Fixin to turn over 1000 miles Shocked

. Have the jets and K&N drop in ordered. Next week is all rain and cold weather Angry

so it will be a good time to get it done Grin

. Simple question for you guys who know Harley's. Is a Dyna Super Glide muffler the one and the same as the Dyna mufflers I have been reading about??? A coworker just bought a brand new SuperGlide this week. He's picking up his take off mufflers this week end and they are free for the asking Grin

. Should be the same but want to make sure before I rip mine all apart!! Thanks for the feed back!! OBTW awesome sight!!

If its about 1 3/4 inches you should be good to go. try and salvage your gasket from the savage muffler. It will be useful in sealing your new muffler.
