I used a cheap angle grinder from Harbor freight. If you decide to go that route, be careful. It is possible it can jump & wind up smackin the engine with the spinning disk, opleeze don't ask how I know.
, Also, a file after grinding is on order. Stopped for a piece O punkin pie & a cup O decaff & thought I would share this with ya. Hope all is going well.Let me know if I can help.
Hey, I know I want more baffles, would you send the name of the shop you got the Trapp from?
Thanks for the advice Justin and to indeed everyone for your help!!!!
We decided to take a breather and try it again today and I'll let ya know how it goes. Also, it was the Suzuki dealership I was referring to in another post that recommended using the stock pipe only which I knew would be the standard answer.
The shop we go to is High 5 Cycles in Dallas, Tx. we have purchased 3 bikes from them so we always get a great discount so I can't say whether your price will be as good as mine. They are all great people up there!
Ask for Ronnie and tell them Patrick and Diane sent ya!
I ride the orange flame Sabre and Diane has the red S40.
