It dosnt seem to cost much more than any other brand of  a quality chrome polish, so give it a try and let us know how it works!  Im not sure what brand it was but I used a stainless steel polish on my lower fork tubes and it only took maybe 3 minutes to make them shine like chrome. Same with the engine casings. But no matter what kind of polish you use, its only temporary, and you have to keep repeating the prcedure. If you want to really make them shine like chrome, you need to polish them with a buffing wheel and different grades from course to fine buffing compound. then clear coat them if you like. Id think twice on the clear coating the casings tho. They seem to dull and flake with the heat.
