hi all
im running an 88 uk spec savage
but is running ruff i get the impresion that its either air or fuel
cos when the fuel switch is on normal or prime it runs ruff
but when its on reserve it sound better
it runs the same with 2 differant carbs on it

im still running it with an open pipe which has holes in the side where the heat sheild used to be

could this be the problem

The screen over the petc0ck needs cleaning. Suggest you drain the tank and get the petc0ck off( 2bolts) and have a looksee. Greetz Kropatchek 8)

savagealan Ex Member	Re: coughing savage Reply #3 - 08/28/06 at 10:24:42 well it had an open pipe when i got it 5 years ago ive replaced the exhause since with the same lazer exhaust but its only recently thats its been doing that its been off the road for a while havein the camchain done
