decompression lever engaged on shutdown (backlash)

Question for anyone from Canada and the US. I have been reading up on the "backlash" and "Anti-Klack" from the German savage site and have the info (thank you to Mr. Kropachek). I used an online translator and have the basic understanding on what it does. It engages the solenoid which activates the decompression lever on shutdown thus reducing if not elminating the kickback of the starter driven gear on the earlier models (1986 to 1995 i think). This reversal of the starter driven gear has resulted in damage to the gear(missing teeth) and to the engine casing (sherred/broken mounting holes). My wives (1986) savage has sufferd such damage and I will repair it this winter. Would also like to build this electric device to ensure it doesn't happen again. My electrical skills are limited, but I think it is within my grasp. After reading the article I am wondering has anyone in Canada and the US undertaken this mod. In particulr which relays did you use. The article states a:
"Hella 4RA 003 510-081 or a MRS 1.014.100.00"
"Hella 4RD 003 520-081 or a MRS 1.014.100.00"
power Diode "BY550-50"
and a Capicator "ELKO 4700uf/25V"
I have done a web search on the ralays and see they are available in Europe, has anyone used similar relays that will work from US/Canada. If I take these names/numbers into an electronic supply store, can they cross match them.
In principle, it seems like a great idea to reduce the risk of the kick back on the starter gear and it seems several folks have made the mod in Europe, question is has anyone untaken it here in Canada and the US, if you have would love to hear your comments on how it works, relays used, setup etc. In closing wish to say a big thankyou to Mr. Kropatchek for sending me the info.
