It's a #7 rubber stopper - like a bottle stopper

Hey Tomv,

You need a #7 Stopper, not a #7 washer.  I found a couple at a local Ace hardware store.  You'll have to drill a hole in the center of each for the bolts.

Good Luck.

I found some thick plastic washers in the hardware section of Lowe's (I assume Home Depot has a similar selection) that worked perfectly.  They require no drilling but they are white in color and you may want to paint them black.  I bought a bunch of them so I could decide how many to use (ended up using two on each side).

They also had a selection of assorted strong round magnets that I am using to support the side of the seat.  I found some that were just the right thickness and just stuck them right to the frame to support the sides of the seat.

Just browse through the cabinets in the hardware section and you'll find a hundred different ways to make it work.

The number of cylinders isn't important...it's how you use them.

Or just wrap some electrical tape around 'em.

Right now 20watts per light and these blubs are bright.  The set up will handle (and the bike) 35watts per light.  If you might want to fab these e-mail me and give me your e-mail address and I will send you some pictures.

Would send with this reply but don't know how.
