Re-tapping the frame at fender mounts

hey gang,

Anyone retap the frame where the fender mounts to it, specifically the upper ones?  (Sluggo?)  The threads do not go all the way through and I want to come in from the top...  I have the bolts, so I can get the correct thread size...

Any experience here appreciated.

Thanks,

V

That's not a bad idea!

Hmm, okay, I can see spring mounting my "seat" that way... or not!

Thanks!

For a minute there I thought maybe that seat pan of yours had finally gotten the best of you. Grin
