Re-tapping the frame at fender mounts
07/13/06 at 12:06:28
hey gang,
Anyone retap the frame where the fender mounts to it, specifically the upper ones? (Sluggo?) The threads do not go all the way through and I want to come in from the top... I have the bolts, so I can get the correct thread size...
Any experience here appreciated.
Thanks,
V

That's not a bad idea!
Hmm, okay, I can see spring mounting my "seat" that way... or not!
Thanks!

For a minute there I thought maybe that seat pan of yours had finally gotten the best of you.
