Good show r80rt. What was your favourite? Mine was a 66 Suzuki X6 Hustler. It would smoke Triumphs, BSAs and Nortons in a 1/4 mile. Least likeable was a recent Sporty. The Savage is wonderful, and the Legend is the best bang-for-the-buck ever.

It would be hard to pick a favorite, probably  the '84 BMW R80/RT that I did the Saddle Sore 1000 on, or a '69 BSA Thunderbolt. But like you the least favorite was a '72 XLCH Sportster. I've had six Harleys, I'll never own another one. Wait, I just remembered the Ural with a sidecar, that makes 26 bikes! The slowest bike I had was a '40 BSA M20, a plodding 500cc flathead, about 45 mph was all it wanted but it would do it forever. Honestly I liked them all. Next bike will probably be a Triumph Thruxton but I'm keeping the Bonneville.

Only a fool would attempt it, and God help me, I am that fool.
