I ended up just drilling half mine out and replacing with allens which I was going to do anyway. Not that much of a headache I guess. The screws inside the carb did take a extractor. Couple of trips to get all the right replacements. I've since taken apart the carb several times and it is a snap with the allen bolts.

I meant to add that the 3 screws for the choke mechanism I replaced with allens.
Ran great on the freeway today. Still not quite as powerful as I remember, but a lot better than it was. Thanks for all the help.
