Rob - once you went to a 55 pilot where did you end up on the mixture screw?

LOL, same place it's been since I first turned it out. I got maybe 2 turns out and it jammed. It's been that way since. The carb had a 52.5 in it to begin with and now has a 55. While it's not a huge difference in power, there's a little bit on the low end but she idles much smoother than before.

2 turns must be the magic place! - i have 52.5-60.0 both with holes and without - intend to see which does what - your 55 solid or have the holes?

While I can't be sure without pulling it out (and I will later this weekend just to be sure), for some reason I picture it in my mind as the type with holes.
