try the MR. CLEAN MAGIC ERASER.  in your supermarket...

just wet it with water and elbow grease.  Cool

There is a good video on youtube where Cruiser Customizing shows how to clean off melted plastic with oven cleaner.   Search on google for cruiser customizing oven cleaner to find the YouTube video.
