This question needs to be posted in the "Rubber Side Down" section so that others can respond.

What is causing the oily deposit? Running rich would be excess gas, but that makes it wet (if it happens) not oily. Is the choke pulled out?

When did this start?

What will you use to cut up your bike? (that's a technical topic)

STICKY FLOAT VALVE IN CARB,CARB INCORRECT ADJUSMENT,IMPROPER CHOKE OPERATION, IMPROPER GAPED SPARK PLUG,WEAK IGNITION,IGNITION TIMMING,CLOGGED AIR FILTER,CONTAMINATED FUEL,WEAK OR FAULTY IGINTOR UNIT,CHECK VACUM HOSE,WATER IN FUEL,IMPROPER VALVE TIMMING,
