If someone decides to NOT, USE "Observed Reality". it plays no part of "Observed Reality".

 Ok for instance I do NOT, USE Observed Reality to qualify data.  So it makes sense that "Observed Reality" that is NOT USED would play no part in itself.  This is like saying I don't use a motorcycle so a motorcycles plays no part of being a motorcycle.



Again, how/who is the 'DATA' is from ???  Gathered by ???

Observed Reality would totally 'TRUMP'


 I disagree.  Data can be inaccurate, and also I could not have Observed anything related to that data.  Observed Reality in my case would be zero Observations on the topic, so the data would have to be inaccurate because I have no Observations to qualify the data.  




Perfect example.
Someone, KNOWLEDGEABLE, is sitting in a room, Gathering  'DATA', watching the weather monitor. They say:  "Possible Touchdown of a Tornado could happen".

A person standing outside, WATCHING the Tornado, TOUCH THE GROUND, SEVERAL TIMES. using "Observed Reality".

Now that expert, watching the tornado, on the screen, never said it touched down, yet the person who was using, "Observed Reality", SAW IT HAPPEN.

Who is right ?


 This is not an example of using Observed Reality to qualify data.  You continue to describe events so you can state I imply that Observed events "aren't really real."

 An example would be more like this:

Someone, KNOWLEDGEABLE, is sitting in a room, Presenting  'DATA', collected from thousands of weather monitors. They say:  "More tornadoes happened in Kansas in Q2 of 2026".

A person living outside, WATCHING the Weather, seeing a Tornado, TOUCH THE GROUND, TWO TIMES using "Observed Reality".

Now that expert, using aggregated DATA, says data indicates 7 touched down in 2025 and 17 in 2026, yet the person who was using, "Observed Reality", SAW ONLY TWO.



Who is right ?

I was in Rogers when the tornado hit. There were a total of 17 funnel clouds IN THE CITY limits. Since it was 2 AM or so, I didn't SEE any funnel clouds. I guess it never happened...

 Right, this is the problem.  MnSpring keeps addressing events instead of Observing that I am talking about analyzation of aggregated data.  In his Observed Reality I am saying events that are not Observed aren't real, but everyone else Observes what i am actually talking about.  

 This all stems from some members on here stating Covid stats were inaccurate because they did not match their Observed Reality.  An example is JoG posted on here that nobody in Houston was dying literally on the same day I was loading bodies onto a truck at HCA Houston.

 Covid data can be wrong,  but using Observed Reality is a poor way to prove it wrong.
