Digital transfers are traceable. As soon as they do that, they COULD be found. The thing is, there are at least several hundred thousand transfers that make up that 60-65 billion. Doubtful that any single transfer is over $10,000, so they meet the legal requirements for not having to report it to the IRS.

BTW, the construction industry and the building trades, ALL trades to some extent, engage in under-the-table commerce all the time. There is far more money floated by the rest of the US than the immigrats send, legal or not.

 Not the same thing.  

 You claimed all money sent by illegal immigrants to Mexico is untaxed "cash".  A lot of that money is taxed and almost none of it is "cash".  

 Funds from "the Millions of TAX, money, that was given to, "LEARING" centers" is taxed once paid as wages.  Something many people will not Observe so in their Observed Reality is untaxed money is sent out of the US.  The rest of us will Observe taxed income.

 In the situation of immigrants sending aid money as remittance out of the country, yes that has been taxed.
