 Of course not.  Generic "vandalism" term is ambiguous enough to stay out of trouble.  

 If you like Trump it's vandalism, no proof needed.  If you don't like Trump it's tire tracks, no proof needed.

 If you like Trump there needs to be Proof of tire damage.  If you don't like Trump there needs to be Proof of vandalism.  
   

 If Trump doesn't run your every waking hour, none of this matters at all.

 Evaporation residue.  The exact same thing we see in drained ponds, lakes, roads after flash flooding etc.  

 There is a line of residue on the left that is obviously not a tire track.  Then two more that people claim are tire tracks if they don't like Trump, but are the exact same residue, then there's the line right at the water edge that is identical to all the others.

 The fact that the images and videos of them driving across the pool aren't in the current "tire track" locations is conveniently ignored.  There's literally video of them not driving where these "tire tracks" are.  Why do people let Trump have this level of power over them?
