If you’re a conservative, saying men are not women, this is literal violence and you deserve to be shot in the neck.

 Agreed.  This is an opinion.  

 While I did not like the idea of what I would consider, (implying this an opinion), wasting law enforcement's time, I still decided to make a police report on myself for assault.

 I referred to a human that appeared to me to be a biological human woman, in line at a coffee shop, as "M'am" when inquiring if some money that fell on the ground was hers.  

 This human immediately asked "what did you just call me?" to which I responded that I did not call You anything, I asked if this was your money, thinking the human misheard me and thought I said some sort of insult.  My opinion is the human misheard me and thought I said some sort of insult.

 This human then yelled that it is a "literal assault" to call the human a "m'am, or a her or she".  I clarified that this human did indeed consider themselves to have been "assaulted" and then requested they file a police report.

 The human sat down in the shop, stating to people I "assaulted" them.  So I contacted local poilice and filed the report, in the shop, myself.  It did not go well for the human claiming assault and the human ended up leaving in tears with some sort of paperwork from law enforcement.  

 It is my opinion this human perceived something that was not real, but nonetheless suffered actual consequences.

Do you think this encounter is somehow representative of the LGBTQ folks' general disposition? It sounds like an unfounded generalization. That was one person, one time.  We obviously have different opinions on what "triggered" means.  Given the human was telling people I assaulted them at an establishment I frequent as a business owner, I thought it best to report the assault.

 I assumed I would be directed to make an online report as I am reporting an assault, from myself, to another person on their behalf.  However the non-emergency operator stated they could have a "Unit" stop by quickly.  So that is what happened.

 I did not give it any thought.  I can say this human accused me of "assault" for saying "M'am" to them.  For instance I've been assaulted by straight men who have consumed alcohol and it never occurred to me to consider all straight men that drink alcohol as combative criminals.

 That words with zero direction of hostility are considered "assault" by certain humans in my opinion.  Charlie Kirk said things that were considered "hostile" and as such those words meant he had to die according to at least one human.  This is an opinion.
