Experiencing vibration and looking for help.

2009 bobber build.
So I just finished extending the rear swing arm 6” and regearing.
Now when I first let the clutch out in first I get a severe shake felt in the handle bars. This is joined by a shimy when switching to second and some felt vibration at speed. Trying to figure out if the clutch isn’t able to handle the new gearing, if it is a flywheel issue, drivetrain problem, or maybe an issue with the timing chain.
Bike has just over 10k miles on it.
Any thoughts on what could be the cause would be helpful.
Thanks.
