Question about TSP
06/22/16 at 17:18:04

I have a open 20 year old box of TSP the cleaner .It wasn't sealed airtight but still looks ok . I have to clean a surface before painting and I was wondering if  you think it might still be good or It is no longer worth using .I don't like to waste stuff if its not necesary.

I think it would probably still be good.  I would use it.

It's fine to use even if caked up.

Ditto. I had some older TSP in a box that got a little caked up, but I was diluting it in water anyway and it worked just fine.
