When it was, “food Stamps”, and I was a Kid. We watched the neighbors, THROW OUT, Wheels off Cheese, for DOG FOOD !!!!!

Cans of Peanut Butter, thrown out for, SQUIRRELS, CHIPMUNKS, BIRDS.

Later in life, (Still ’Stamps’), when I took an outside smoke break, working at town mart-mart. When once a month, (as everyone called it), “the Eagle Shit’. The grocery store was INUNDATE with customers, who came out with a large ham. Then IMMEDIATELY WENT TO THE BAR, and came out with a long, skinny, package, and rushed to their NEW car.

(Which that Sat, the bar always advertised a, ‘HAM” feed)

Today, EBT is a Credit Card. Which a signified amount of people use, and ALLOW Theft of !!!!!!!
