Title: Ryca sidestand Post by beacon on 12/01/13 at 14:17:49 Has anybody had trouble with the sidestand on their CS-1? The angle on mine looks too extreme and wobbly. |

Title: Re: Ryca sidestand Post by beacon on 12/02/13 at 09:04:01 The bike seems to lean over more than most other bikes. 427C776A676A67050 wrote:

Title: Re: Ryca sidestand Post by verslagen1 on 12/02/13 at 09:27:15 well you are raising the rear quite a bit and your kickstand could be bent a little so it will lean more than usual unless you add a bit to the KS. some add a hockey puck, some add a magnet for picking up hammers on the side of the road or occasionally changing signals quicker. 8-) |
Title: Re: Ryca sidestand Post by Dave on 12/02/13 at 09:46:38 The standard conversion raises the back up 3" (10.5" shockes replaced with 13.5" shocks), and lowers the forks 2". The kickstand is moved to a spot just a tad behind the engine drive pulley. I have not noticed that my bike leans over excessively....but I do park it with the kickstand on the uphill side if the grade is not flat. |
