Does anyone know if the cables for the buckhorn bars are longer than the cables for the new S40 with drag bars?

Was hoping someone would tell me how much more longer they are. Been looking but havent come up with anything yet.

my bike had the buckhorns and when i ordered the clutch cable i ended up with the wrong one. it still worked i just had to reroute it. i didn't measure them though.

you can put up to 10" apes on a savage that came with buckhorns

I have already installed the 10" apes. I have an 08 S40. The cables reached but barely. I rerouted and there still really tight but functional. was just wondering how much longer the cables were? Im hoping there around 4 or 5 inches longer. I think that would gimme plenty of slack.. thanks so far all..

It must already have the longer cables on it.My'86 with drag bars the cables aren't long enough to even put 3" Z bars with low risers on.

Well I looked up new oem cables for the different bars. They show different part numbers. I dont know? Looking at pics they sure look like they would be longer. Does any one have a buckhorn bar clutch or throttle cable off they could measure? Guess I could just order one and see? lol
