Someone, observes, the Mississippi River north of Mpls, and says the water is rising.
Someone, using Data, says , (at the same time), the Mississippi River South of Mpls, and says the water is the same.
Who is correct ?
(Answer BOTH) Because the water will rise above, before it will rise down.
Same if talking about the Red River, which flows NORTH.
(Just the opposite)
It is the same, as, Seeing a Piece of straw,
(Observed Reality), which is Hollow, which has penetrated a 2+inch barn door, because of a Tornado striking that barn.
Where, 'data', says that can not happen.
"OBSERVED REALITY". Can be the same as 'DATA'.
It can be, BETTER than Data.
It and be less than Data,
WHEN it is used as a LIE, about what is OBSERVED.
