It can't be done at this stage in the death of capitalism. Corporations now own so much that their profits should be capped at .05% of the corporation's total value, to be marketable, as well as capping CEO/Admin salaries at $400,000/yr, including benefits and bonuses.
Since they're never going to do that, it is not possible for a truly small (Less than 10 employees) business to get off the ground, especially in manufacturing. GOP sponsored legislation in the previous decades has led to ridiculous definitions for "small businesses"--- they can literally have over a thousand employees and be "small".
Manufacturing and mining industry Not to excede 500 employees
Wholesale trade Not to excede 100 employees
Retail and service $6 million average annual revenue (No limit to # of employees)
General and heavy construction $28.5 million average annual revenue (No limit to # of employees)
Special trade contractors $12 million average annual revenue (No limit to # of employees)
Agriculture $0.75 million average annual revenue (No limit to # of employees)
None of those are "small", but they get the majority of "small business" loans, and that doesn't even address the "small" businesses that are actually owned by multinational corporations.
But, OK, let's say I invented something unique, that I could make really cheap, like a small transmitter that would make your rifle or handgun bullets explode if you came within 100 feet. I think that would sell like hotcakes, especially in the US. If I just wanted to make money, I could likely ask a LOT for it at market. $100 each sounds good, right? What if they only cost $10 and 15 minutes to make? THATs price gouging, and that is exactly how the US has worked for decades. How long did you people think that was going to last? Money is finite: the only way to make more of it is to lower the value of what is already there.
BTW, no way in he11 would the feds allow such a thing to go on the market. The disruption to military , law enforcement, ICE, and the acceptable-to-Trumpedo felons would cause a real revolution--- probably with swords. I'd have to post it on the internet as public domain!
