Church Bells, are usually 64-67 decibels.
A whisper is 30 decibels, and a normal conversation is about 60
Ice cream trucks are allowed to emit up to 70 decibels at the same  distance.

That Is a question to ask people that hear one or the other or both on a regular basis.
