Common Sense batted .500 yesterday.

Obviously, boys and men can't play in a competitive girls and women's sports league. The fact this wasn't unanimous is not a surprise, but a sign of the times.

On birthright citizenship, it was easy to agree with it in the past when it was essentially an academic exercise. Agreeing with the decision yesterday is still academic for a few, but for the vast majority of others, it's another symptom of TDS. There's simply no other explanation to say it makes sense to be virtually unique in the world and declare a child born of a woman in the country illegally, is immediately a citizen for life.

I can't see a constitutional amendment ever happening. In fact, I have a hard time imagining an amendment passing on any topic. However, from what I've read briefly, the Brett Kavagnugh dissent gives a roadmap to bring this up again during a Vance Presidency.

ILLEGAL Women,
who are days away from birth,
can SNEAK into this nation, give birth, then stay for 18 years.

Then prompting the male,
  to SNEAK into this country,
     work for cash,      
       and pay no taxes.

Then for 18 years the female
         AND MALE,
gets FREE STUFF, cause she has to care for the child.
And he is Hiding cause he is ILEAGAL.

Yep, the SOCIALISTS prevailed on that one.

 I'm just glad there is another SCOTUS ruling clarifying "under the jurisdiction thereof".  

 Not that that poorly articulated argument will go away, but it makes it less viable in the minds of humans that use facts over rhetoric.

 So Pew research is valid now but not when it researches covid numbers.

 It just doesn't make sense to me to say sources aren't accurate and can't be trusted, then use those exact same sources as evidence.

 If Pew Research consistently fabricated pandemic information, then they fabricated this information.
